Hello! Welcome, I’m so glad you’re prioritizing yourself today!
I know how easy it is for something else to take precedence over self-care—your family, work, a rough moment, or even an unexpected delivery needing your signature. Sometimes it’s just one of those “not today” days. So if you’re here now, I’m proud of you for showing up for yourself.
My client focus
You’re likely a perfectionist and a skilled multitasker—so much so that you’ve learned to silence your inner voice to keep going. Now, anxiety, burnout, or depression may be surfacing alongside physical symptoms, signaling that something needs to shift. The old strategies no longer work. As a South Asian, first-gen immigrant, and a mother who’s navigated major life transitions, I understand the weight of hustle culture and the pressure to excel. In the culture I grew up in, and for much of my life here, “self-care” wasn’t even part of the conversation. I’ve seen in my personal life, as well as through 10 years as a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist, how unprocessed stress can erode relationships and well-being. However, change is possible, and you don’t have to navigate it alone.
My therapeutic approach
I work with adults from diverse backgrounds, and I take a person-centered approach to create a compassionate space to help you understand yourself. Using the Internal Family Systems model, we explore childhood patterns shaping your adult life, and with strength-based therapy, you’ll feel empowered to make choices that support your journey.
As a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist, I offer Medical Nutrition Therapy (MNT) with a holistic approach that connects Mind, Body, and Spirit to create simple, lasting strategies for well-being.
If you’re feeling ready—or even just curious—we can begin exploring support for mental health, nutrition, or both. I strongly believe that you are the expert of your life, and I’d be honored to offer a safe, steady space to explore your truth, clarify your needs, and build a life aligned with your values. You will feel seen, heard, and understood without judgment. Slowly, your inner voice quiets—not because you silenced it, but because you truly listened. That’s the beginning of healing.
