Get equitable treatment specialized to your needs and goals…

We want you to have options in making the decision as to how much you pay for services.

We want you to have agency.

At Whole Therapies Collective, we believe that whole wellness should be accessible. To accomplish this, we offer a payment system that allows you to have autonomy over how much you compensate your provider. Our sliding scale method is different from others in that we don’t ask about your income, assets, dependents, etc. and then tell you how much you will pay - because we know it’s more complicated than that, and we want you to have agency. Instead, you will pick a price that you feel best reflects your current financial wellbeing from four fixed tiers. Those who have the flexibility to pay the higher tiers allow us to offer the lowest tier to those who may otherwise not have the means to receive regular services. This means we can always offer a sliding scale whereas typical models are limited to offering only a select few options of reduced fees based solely on income and assets. It also means that if your financial circumstances change during the course of treatment, you can always change your selected tier, no questions asked.

We are not contracted with any insurance providers. Insurance companies often cause barriers in our ability to provide services at the frequency that is appropriate for the individual seeking services, as they have limitations to how many sessions they are willing to cover. Many insurance companies also require that their contracted providers give proof of pathology in order to cover services. Our collective strives to be non-pathologizing in our therapeutic work. This means that we don’t want to label you for the sake of getting your insurance company to cover your services. Further, contracting with insurance companies requires extensive administrative time - time that we would rather use to better serve you. We utilize private pay to minimize these limitations and work outside the tethers of industrialized health care. If you would like to be reimbursed directly by your insurance company, please reach out to your provider to request a superbill.

Pick the tier that fits you best:

  • Tier I – Access / Hardship

For those navigating economic hardship and systemic oppression. This tier is for folx who are under-resourced due to barriers such as racism, ableism, colonization, incarceration, displacement, or generational poverty. You may lack access to basic needs and feel that paying for care adds financial strain.

Sustained by community care and redistribution, choosing this tier is an act of radical self care.

This tier may be right for you if:

❖ You are experiencing financial hardship

❖ Paying for health care creates stress

❖ You have little or no savings/assets

❖ You identify as BIPOC or LGBTQIA2S+

❖ You are willing to receive support from your community in order to access care

  • Tier II – Mutual Aid / Community-Supported

This tier is for folx who may feel stretched financially but want to engage in collective care. Choosing this tier is recognizing that giving is part of disrupting systems that isolate us. It reflects a belief that every act of mutual aid is a step toward liberated futures. Choosing this tier is a commitment to community even while navigating your own limitations and an act of resistance against individualism and scarcity culture.

This tier honors care as a shared responsibility, giving what you can is a radical act of solidarity.

This tier may be right for you if:

❖ Your needs are met most of the time

❖ Paying for services can sometimes feel burdensome

❖ Your income fluctuates or feels uncertain

❖ You want to invest in wealth redistribution

  • Tier III – Sustainer / Equitable Exchange

For those with stable income and financial security who want to help build a regenerative model of care. This tier reflects the actual cost of the service and sustains the offering without subsidizing others. It's for those who can comfortably meet their needs, pay for services, and participate in equity by supporting fair compensation and sustainability.

Supports balanced exchange and long-term access with the choice to invest in equity and collective liberation.

This tier may be right for you if:

❖ You have stable income and financial security

❖ You can comfortably meet your needs

❖ Paying does not cause hardship

❖ You want to invest in wealth redistribution

  • Tier IV – Redistribution / Reparative

For those with financial abundance or class privilege. Your contribution directly supports access for others. It’s a form of wealth redistribution and collective liberation in reflection of the belief that healing is a collective right.  This tier is a commitment to dismantling systemic inequity by directly sustaining the accessibility of this offering.

This is not just generosity—it’s a reparative practice of community stewardship and collective investment.

This tier may be right for you if:

    ❖ You have generational wealth

❖ You feel comfortable paying the top rate to help foster equity in your community

❖ You can afford to pay more to help others access care

❖ You believe in funding equitable, liberatory care
