she/they

I earned my MACP at Bastyr University. I am a certified sound healer from Harmonic Sounds for Healing which was taught and mentored by Rowena McKee. I am an ecologist, an educator, an artist, an activist, sound healer, qi-gong practitioner, reiki practitioner and mental health counselor. I have years working with different modalities of energy healing and lived personal transformative experiences working with sound and energy medicine. Through my experience I wish to share healing with individuals and communities.

My client focus:

I am deeply committed to service in the world. I value creatively working with people to foster wellness, connect them to nature and their wholeness using sound and an integrative approach to mental health counseling. I am grateful for opportunities to deepen my empathy and compassion in the world while healing individuals to heal our human community. I am committed to diversity, equity, inclusion, and cultural humility as reflected in my work with many different communities and within varying capacities. I wish to support wellness for the people I serve with sound and mental health counseling as well as to advocate for equal access to wellness for all.

My theraputic approach:

In my practice I aim to support clients in wholeness. With tuning fork sound therapy, I help support the nervous system in processing stress and finding restorative balance, wellness and wholeness using tuning forks on and around the physical and energy body.
